Machine department for service:

  • Fill out and attach a printout of the Error/defect report form
  • Always include labels and ink ribbons, but take them out of the machine It is important that no labels or ribbons are in the machine during transport becasue these can damage the machine
  • Pack well and address mark it with Service.
