The work embraces the entire value chain – from business concept, via values and policies, through integrated operational management, appropriate organisations and objective oriented methods of working, right up to end delivery to the customer.
Guidelines and intentions for sustainable development are described in Swedish Posten’s general Group Code of Conduct, in Stralfors’ values and in the policy for Sustainable Development and the policy for Information Security. These policies are reviewed annually.
In addition to Stralfors’ own policies, the impact of local laws and regulations, customer demands, and recognized management standards influence the methods used in strategic planning of sustainable development, and are also incorporated into the operational management systems. A long-term approach and acceptance of responsibility mean that Stralfors has specific additional considerations taken into account in the operations, to ensure the desired long term financial and socially sustainable development and also to ensure that customer requirements regarding environment, working environment, quality, safety and security are satisfied.
