Certification to quality standards and environmental management standards
is a natural part of our business. Within the company this provides us with valuable tools for managing our processes and operations, while outside the company it shows we are a professional supplier capable of meeting our customers’ needs and expectations.

We are committed to the continuous development and improvement of our quality system and environmental management system in collaboration with our customers and our certifying body, DNV, in the form of regular audits. Last but not least, we naturally carry out regular internal audits and development projects, and have systems in place for managing documents and revisions.

Strålfors Identification Solutions has the organisation, resources and expertise to enable a high level of collaboration and synergy between our two business divisions and four plants.

We want to give you the right quality on time

We see quality management and quality control as an integrated means of fulfilling our contract with you.

Strålfors’ operations, including all activities and plants, are certified to ISO 9001. We also meet the following requirements:

  • SIS EQS FootprintOne of our plants has been awarded Ford Q1 quality status and is certified to ISO/TS 16949, which shows that Strålfors meets the special requirements imposed on us by the automotive industry as a label supplier.
  • Three of our plants are certified to both PS9000 and ISO15378 to fulfil the pharmaceutical industry’s requirements for secondary packaging material, user instructions, booklets, wallets and cartons.

We don’t just think about the environment – we’re doing something!

Environmental impact is an increasingly important factor when choosing a supplier.

All Strålfors’ operations and plants hold environmental management certification to ISO14001 and strive for minimal environmental impact throughout the product life cycle, from raw material to disposal and waste management. We are naturally committed to continuous improvement in this area and review our environmental targets every year.

ISO 9001 Quality assurance

ISO 9001 states those requirements for a management system for quality in those cases that an organisation:

a) needs to show its ability to constantly provide products that meet customer demands and applicable legislative requirements.

b) intends to increase customer satisfaction through a system being applied in an effective manner. This involves the organisation applying processes to constantly improve the system and that it ensures that the demands from customers and applicable legislation are met.

We certify ourselves in accordance with ISO 9001 in order to have a recognized management system for quality as a tool for continuous development.
