Human Resources within Stralfors
Human Resources, HR, is an international and national unit that provides support to Stralfors’ expansion and rapid business development. Its task is to create good working conditions for each individual.
Human Resources works to reliably provide security for the employee in their daily work, irrespective of occupational status. The unit also functions as support and guidance in all human resource related processes and contributes towards establishing an organization with warmth and proactive colleagues for our international operations.
HR has human resources in many countries. The human resources based in the various countries utilize the specific cultural and historical possibilities that each country offers. Together with the Group-wide Human Resources unit, these resources also form a network cooperating in projects over the geographical borders.
An important area within Human Resources is the internal information. Its objective is to create active communication within the company. Stralfors has decentralized information responsibility. The spread of knowledge concerning internal communication’s function and importance is an integral part in Stralfors’ internal management training.
